So this blogging thing - it is super Fun but has to be done in between Life. Not always the easiest :) Just to let everyone know that we have only started, and not given up before it all began ~ this is what is coming the next couple of days:

We are an international union. Her is Norwegian and have been cooking all her life, His is American and is not-so-secretly in love with Rachel R. We live in the New South, we eat and vacate around the world and we LOVE food.
We create food on the spot and we need a place to write down the recipes, that is what this blog is for ~ and nothing is better than to share with you our love for food and wine, our recipes and our attempts on making food in His & Hers Kitchen.
